Your download starts but never finishes, or errors out.
Follow these steps
- 1Check your internet connection is stable.
- 2Confirm the recording is public — the original file must be reachable on StarMaker's CDN.
- 3Re-copy the link directly from StarMaker's Share button.
- 4Refresh the page and paste the link again.
If it still fails, run the link through the URL Checker tool to confirm the recording ID is valid.
